As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team in Los Angeles and help bring the brand to life across every touchpoint.
This role is for a designer who thrives at the intersection of brand, operations, and production — someone who can create beautiful work, think through the details, and keep a high volume of projects moving across a fast-growing business.
You’ll work on a wide range of creative needs across the company, including posters, signage, menus, in-store collateral, social media assets, campaigns, decks and special projects. Some days that may mean concepting a new promotional campaign, and other days it may creating signages for multiple stores, preparing vendor-ready print files, or pulling together polished materials for an internal presentation.
We’re looking for someone with a strong, tasteful eye for design and a real appreciation for brand consistency and innovation, who is also highly organized and excited by the execution side of things. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can juggle multiple projects at once, and is comfortable moving between creative development and production work with care and precision.
What you’ll do:
- Design branded assets across both print and digital
- Create in-store materials such as signage, posters, menus, and promotional collateral
- Develop social media graphics and campaign assets that feel aligned with the La La Land brand
- Support store openings, launches, and ongoing needs across 30+ locations
- Prepare and resize files across a range of formats, dimensions, and production specs
- Create decks, mockups, and internal presentation materials
- Coordinate with print vendors and internal team members on production, ordering, revisions, and delivery
- Help keep projects organized and moving across multiple timelines and stakeholders
- Jump into additional creative and miscellaneous design projects as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Strong graphic design fundamentals, especially in layout, typography, composition, illustration and branding
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (Asana is a plus!)
- Experience working across both digital & print
- Self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently while collaborating effectively with operations, R&D, marketing, and leadership teams
- Confidence preparing files for production and working with print specs/vendor requirements
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- A sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of visual consistency
- Great communication skills and a collaborative working style
- Comfortable working on-site in Los Angeles
- Experience with hospitality, retail, or consumer brands is a plus
- A portfolio showcasing a range of brand, print, digital, illustration, and production work is required
