Contract Graphic Designer (Adobe InDesign & Google Slides)

We are seeking a detail-oriented freelance Graphic Designer based in the Twin Cities area to assist us in updating our comprehensive company training manual.

The core layout, branding, and assets are already established—we just need a proficient designer to execute straightforward content and structural updates to our existing documents, as well as create matching slide decks. Averaging 20-30 hours per week.

Scope of Work

• Update InDesign Documents: Refresh approximately 60 existing Adobe InDesign files (most are 1–2 pages each). This includes updating text, refreshing forms, swapping out imagery, and introducing minor new graphic elements where needed to simplify the training materials. No ground-up design reconstruction is required.
• Create Corresponding Slide Decks: Build clean, matching presentation decks in Google Slides that directly align with the updated InDesign training modules.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Google Slides is required.
• Locally Based: Must be located in the Minnesota Twin Cities metro area and able to commute to our offices in Eden Prairie for initial onboarding, periodic syncs, and review sessions.
• Efficiency & Reliability: Proven ability to manage a high volume of small documents (around 60 total) and keep them organized under a tight timeline.
• Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating clean document layouts, instructional design elements, and professional slide deck samples.
