At Carta, we work on a wide range of projects — from visual ID and branding work, to paid ad campaigns and ground-up narrative storytelling.
We're looking for an experienced rockstar with a trained visual eye, who not only loves the process of identifying the heartbeat of a brand, but also knows how to bring design systems to life in a way that can scale across a wide range of projects.
You're ideally someone with 6-8 years of experience, who has a strong vision for the interplay between narrative and aesthetic, enjoys coming up with ideas, building mockups that help define the boundaries of our creative work, presenting to brand leaders, and (of course) designing the final elements that make it all sparkle. And, of course, collaborating with other creatives on the team along the way.
