I'm an independent licensed real estate broker for Keller Williams. I am looking for a freelance email marketing resource who can do the following:

• Email Strategy: Develop tailored campaigns for real estate audiences, including market updates, new listings, and open houses.
• Content Creation: Craft compelling copy
• List Management: Maintain accurate audience segmentation and ensure compliance with email marketing laws.
• Automation: Set up drip campaigns and automated follow-ups to nurture leads effectively.
• Execution: Test and schedule campaigns for maximum engagement and response.
• Analytics: Track performance metrics, provide reports

I will be using Brevity CRM, but prior knowledge of that is not necessary.

My preference would first be to anyone in the Seattle/Puget Sound area, but open to checking out anyone with the right experience.
