Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for paid search campaigns across multiple search engines, including Google, Bing, and Yahoo, to meet client objectives and budgets.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-impact keywords, search trends, and audience insights to inform campaign strategies.
- Create compelling ad copy and landing pages that align with the client's brand and messaging, and work with the creative team to develop engaging visuals that drive click-through rates and conversions.
- Implement effective bidding strategies, targeting tactics, and campaign structures to maximize the effectiveness of the campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics and budgets as needed to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), conversion rate (CR), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Account Managers, Data Analysts, and Creative teams, to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices for paid search advertising, and share insights and knowledge with internal teams and clients.
Skills
- Proficient in managing paid search campaigns across multiple search engines, including Google, Bing, and Yahoo.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful paid search campaigns that have achieved KPIs and ROI targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign data and draw insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present campaign performance and recommendations to clients.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Experience using bid management tools, audience targeting, and segmentation tactics to optimize campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Microsoft Advertising, and other web analytics tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in search advertising, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Google Ads certification and experience with other search advertising platforms such as Bing Ads and Yahoo Gemini.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
- Experience with eCommerce D2C clients and/or digital agencies is preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
