Torch is committed to developing conscious and effective leaders by offering coaching and mentoring solutions to businesses, including high-profile HR professionals and managers.

The ideal candidate or agency should have proven expertise in the following areas:

• Demand Generation
• Lifecycle Marketing
• Marketing Operations and Analytics

Our primary objective is to drive conversions and move prospects effectively through the sales funnel top to bottom. Given Torch’s focus on human resources and leadership development, experience in marketing to HR professionals, particularly HR managers, is highly desirable.

This engagement will require an estimated average of ~20 hours per week.
