Job Description

Chrane is hiring for the Vibe Director, Marketing position. With our previous Vibe Director moving out of state to be closer to family, we are looking to backfill the position as soon as possible. The Vibe Director will office out of our Irving location and will support our manufacturers, Chraniacs, and customers, across Chrane’s entire territory, per the requirements listed below.

Vibe Director, Marketing:

  • Proactively embody and share Chrane’s unique culture and core values, aka the Chraniac Way, both internally and to the industry via example and in shared communication
  • Further develop and enhance Chrane’s brand standards and the Chraniac brand
  • Marketing voice & full participation on Chrane’s L10 Leadership Team, including weekly L10 meetings, Quarterly Resets, and Annual Planning Meetings
  • Hiring, training, and managing of the evolving Chrane Marketing Team
  • Active participation in customer, manufacturer, and industry engagement, including business meetings, social components, industry outreach, and associated travel
  • Execute on pre-existing marketing activities, strategies, and campaigns with each Non-Commercial, Multi-Unit, and General Market Marketing Coordinator, while concurrently developing and promoting newly identified or realigned Chrane marketing strategies, both internally and externally
  • Work closely with Chrane’s Ownership & Outside Sales Manager to ensure outside sales and marketing initiatives are both collaborative and in alignment. Work in tandem with Chrane outside sales and Chrane channel partners to explore content needs and demand generation/direct marketing activities to drive new customer acquisition as well as existing customer growth and support
  • Work closely with Chrane’s Directors to identify strategies to further enhance departmental efficiencies, beyond marketing
  • Project management and execution of marketing activities including corporate branding, advertising, direct marketing, company collateral, promotions, and other marketing programs, while assisting with corporate events, communications, and public relations
  • Develop a Chrane overall annual marketing budget, broken down by activities and campaigns. Maintain the budget monthly, while working with Chrane’s Accounting Department to ensure accounts payable and accounts receivables are addressed in a timely manner

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Required Education: B.A. in Marketing, Communications, Business, or another related field.
  • Desired Experience: 5+ years working in the marketing field; 3+ years of experience managing a Marketing Department; Professional writing and communications experience for a company brand, Experience conducting market analysis & research
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Adobe Creative Cloud a PLUS
  • 3+ Years FE&S Industry Experience a PLUS
