As the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, particularly leveraging your expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) style conversion funnels and direct response strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive growth strategy tailored to the fintech landscape. Leverage your fintech domain knowledge to identify market opportunities, target segments, and competitive advantages.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design, implement, and optimize ABM strategies to engage key stakeholders within target accounts. Develop personalized marketing campaigns that resonate with specific decision-makers, leveraging data-driven insights to drive conversions and revenue growth.
- Conversion Funnels: Create and refine multi-channel conversion funnels that guide potential customers through the buyer's journey, ensuring a seamless and compelling experience. Monitor and analyze funnel performance, making data-driven optimizations to maximize conversion rates at each stage.
- Direct Response Marketing: Develop and execute direct response marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Craft compelling and persuasive messaging to drive immediate customer actions and engagement.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to measure campaign effectiveness, track KPIs, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Provide regular performance reports to the executive team, highlighting successes and recommending strategic adjustments.
- Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances within the fintech ecosystem to expand our reach and customer base. Collaborate with industry players to create mutually beneficial growth initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of growth marketers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning. Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development to team members to achieve individual and collective growth goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of proven experience in a growth leadership marketing role within the fintech industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and conversion funnel optimization.
- Strong background in direct response marketing techniques and campaign execution.
- Proficiency in data analysis, using metrics and KPIs to drive decision-making and campaign optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of the fintech landscape, including industry trends, regulatory considerations, and competitive dynamics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing marketing teams.
