Job Description

We’re Part and Sum, a collective of curious people who help our clients bring new ideas to market and use data to grow businesses. Our strategy consulting work is powered by customer insights and our media agency work is designed to help us learn and drive continuous improvement. We have an impressive track record for a small-ish team - we work with the biggest brands in the world (alongside smaller brands, too) and we have ambitions to expand our influence over the next decade.

As a Growth Marketer you will be on a team of channel experts who are focused on martech. We ask that you bring your paid media skills along with an interest in other areas of martech craft (such as: analytics, data tracking, search, SEO). In other words, we don’t believe in silos.

What you’ll do:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including, but not limited to: Facebook/Instagram, Google, Shopify, etc.

Analyze campaign and full-funnel performance

Share reporting on campaign performance with clients

Identify and execute on performance optimization strategies

Stay up to date on industry trends, platforms, and tools

Provide recommendations to clients on tech stack, marketing channels, audience-building and benchmarks.

Build media plans and collaborate on the development of media strategies

Who you are:

You have 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, analytics or consulting. Entrepreneurial background preferred.

You have media buying experience with proven success managing paid social campaigns.

You love to analyze data to develop, validate, and refine ideas. You’re curious about how systems work and enjoy solving complex problems. You’re willing to learn new things on the job, and to give and receive feedback.

You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional and hybrid environment.

Why work at Part and Sum?

Our expectations match your own. We’re a team of smart, driven folks doing the best work of our careers. We offer and value:

Autonomy: Each team member has clarity and support in their role, but is also given the freedom to tackle work in their own way. Bring your own perspectives and approaches.

Creativity in systems: We build businesses and entire systems. Marketing is a starting point, not the sum of our impact.

Craft: We support your career growth through thoughtful work, collaboration, and professional development opportunities.

Tight feedback loops: We believe in clear feedback and effective communication. We ask a lot of questions and work together to find answers.

Good enough > perfect: We’re not interested in perfection. It doesn’t exist. We learn by putting good enough things in the market as soon as possible and iteratively improving.

We’re kind: We’re a thoughtful, nice, and considerate bunch of people. We have fun: We take our work seriously, but not ourselves.
