ArcSite is looking for a Head of Growth to continue to fuel our explosive growth—we’re growing at a fast pace and we’re profitable!


With over 60,000 active monthly users, ArcSite is the undisputed leader in mobile drawing and drawing-based takeoff and estimate solutions. Designers, field salespeople, technicians, and inspectors depend on ArcSite to create amazing drawings on their mobile devices and laptops, from anywhere, without the steep learning curve of traditional CAD applications.

ArcSite is looking for an experienced Head of Growth to lead our growing marketing team.  This is an executive position that will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of marketing our products in innovative ways that will directly engage our audience, strengthen our brand, and ultimately boost demand and sales.


For this role, you'll need to be a creative and quantitative leader. The ideal candidate has extensive people management experience alongside a successful track record developing and executing all aspects of the digital marketing and customer acquisition/retention lifecycle.  You should be familiar leading dynamic teams through various product marketing techniques, including messaging, positioning, promotion, go to market, product led growth, and pricing strategies.  

This unique opportunity will allow you to drive our company's growth strategy while we expand into new products, platforms, and markets.

Core Responsibilities
  • Build, plan, and implement the overall marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, programmatic, affiliate, and video.
  • Manage all aspects of customer acquisition and retention for both B2B and B2C business.
  • Hire, Manage, and lead a team of marketers and various agencies/contractors to execute the strategy.
  • Be obsessed with improving our current channels through tests, experimentation, and continuous optimization.
  • Plan on thinking big by testing into new channels that can efficiently drive new customers.
  • Measure KPIs and own reporting on digital marketing initiatives.
  • Help develop the marketing technology roadmap as well as set the direction for which tools the marketing team should utilize.
