The Head of Product at SmarterX has/is:
- 8 - 15+ years’ experience in product and experience scaling departments, wrangling from chaos to order; clear approach to people development and advocates strongly for their team
- Has established clear process for managing product lifecycle, willing to dig in and get hands dirty to implement and show the team what good looks like and sets up best in class processes (clear roles, documentation, healthy heartbeat of product development)
- Demonstrates rapid loop between idea and action. Speaks about experience in terms of metrics and results & establishes product vision
- Deeply understands how products should behave, focusing on both the “what” and the “why”
- Understands market landscape. Lack of "built here" bias, with a track record of bringing in best ideas and tech inspired by other industries
- High intellectual curiosity, and no-ego. Will push for their point of view, defend their team, will be a true collaborator to other team member
