ArcSite is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help continue to fuel our explosive growth—we’re growing at a fast pace and we’re profitable!

With over 60,000 active monthly users, ArcSite is the undisputed leader in mobile drawing and drawing-based takeoff and estimate solutions. Designers, field salespeople, technicians, and inspectors depend on ArcSite to create amazing drawings on their mobile devices and laptops, from anywhere, without the steep learning curve of traditional CAD applications.

ArcSite is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our outbound marketing and product marketing activities. You'll be responsible for presenting our products in ways that will directly engage our audience, strengthen our brand, and ultimately boost demand and sales.

For this role, you'll need to be a creative and quantitative thinker. You should be familiar with various product marketing techniques, including messaging, positioning, promotion, go to market, product led growth, and pricing strategies.

The individual in this role will collaborate closely with the Sales, Product, and Development teams to craft and execute plans for our product. This unique opportunity will allow you to drive our company's strategy while we expand into new products, platforms, and markets.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategy, including target audience definition, positioning, messaging, and value proposition development.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, and use insights to inform marketing strategy.
  • Create marketing content, including product collateral, sales presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide input on product features, coordinate product launches, and ensure alignment on messaging and positioning.
  • Manage product launches, including developing launch plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and tracking metrics to measure success.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Background in Architecture/Engineering/Construction preferred.
  • Experience in product marketing, preferably in a tech startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and tactics, with experience developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset, with experience measuring and analyzing the results of marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
