With our team's creative prowess and expertise across diverse marketing disciplines, we are equipped to support businesses across industries and audiences.

This new team member will ignite our social media presence, focusing on creating a strong and scalable foundation for brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement. You’ll use your expertise in B2B marketing to craft strategies that generate leads and connect with our core audience.

We are looking for an experienced social media expert to join our dynamic marketing team!


  • Develop and execute a strong social media strategy that aligns with Zoek's branding, with emphasis on lead generation from platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X)
  • Use your copywriting talents to craft messages that grab attention and build our online community
  • Analyze trends and leverage social media to align with Zoek's growth and the changing digital marketplace
  • Design and execute paid ad campaigns that promote our brand, campaigns, and services to increase demand and lead generation
  • Engage with potential clients and partners, and respond to user-generated content
  • Coordinate with our talented graphic designer to bring fresh content ideas and campaigns to life
  • Establish ourselves as experts and thought leaders in a saturated market
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing news and be constantly improving your marketing and business knowledge
  • Contirbute your social media expertise to marketing meetings where we discuss campaigns, demand, and lead generation efforts
  • Analyze weekly and monthly performance and provide valuable insights, reporting, feedback, thoughts, and solutions to the Marketing Operations Manager and the Marketing Director
  • Develop and execute creative social media campaigns to drive demand and lead generation efforts
  • Work with our in-house Graphic Designer to create engaging and lead generating content


  • Solid expertise in B2B social media channels, with a strong portfolio showcasing your achievements
  • Proven experience and success in driving demand generation, lead generation, and conversions from social media (organic and paid)
  • An understanding of marketing and business topics such as SEO, funnels, buyer trends, customer behavior, lead generation, and how to integrate these elements into a cohesive and targeted social media strategy
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years' experience in B2B social media management
  • Proven success in achieving social media KPIs and OKRs through effective copywriting, community engagement, and paid advertising
  • Proficiency in tools like Sprout Social, Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Hubspot, and others
  • Exceptional digital copywriting, content creation, and curation skills
  • Ability to align social media strategies with overall business goals, contributing to growth and success
  • Passionate, driven, and eager to make a real impact!


  • You must have proper proven B2B experience

  • Salary: $70 - 80k annually; not including our compensation and benefits package
  • The opportunity to earn additional quarterly bonuses based on performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
