Aidia Marketing acts as the Fractional CMO for growing companies. We develop marketing strategies and run plays to help our clients increase their revenue. You'll work directly with the founder across a handful of client accounts, executing the marketing that makes those strategies real.

We are looking for a part-time Brand and Marketing Assistant to join our team.

This is hands-on work, not coffee runs. You'll build email campaigns, update client websites, sharpen marketing copy, pull together performance reports, and keep social channels moving. Because you sit close to the strategy table, you'll see why each play exists: how positioning, audience, and brand decisions translate into the emails, pages and posts you ship. It's a rare way to learn marketing strategy from the inside while building a portfolio of real client work.

What you'll do
  • Email marketing. Build and schedule templates, automated sequences, and broadcast newsletters across platforms.
  • Website updates. Make edits and updates in client CMS platforms like WordPress and Squarespace (copy swaps, new pages, formatting, image)
  • Copywriting & editing. Draft and refine marketing copy using AI tools plus our tone-of-voice and reference docs. The key skill: judging AI output critically and editing it so it reads human, on-brand, and unique to each client, never generic.
  • Reporting. Prepare clean analytics and KPI reports that show clients what's working and what to do next.
  • Social media. Write and schedule posts, keep content calendars on track, and maintain a consistent brand voice.

What you'll learn
  • How marketing strategy and brand positioning actually get built and how they shape every tactic.
  • How to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue, not just vanity metrics.
  • How a Fractional CMO diagnoses a business, prioritizes, and runs a focused plan a small team can execute.
  • Real agency reps across multiple industries and a portfolio of client-facing work to show for it.

Who we’re looking for
  • Strong writer with a sharp eye for tone, clarity, and detail.
  • Comfortable with marketing tools and quick to learn new platforms (email tools, WordPress/Squarespace, social schedulers, analytics dashboards).
  • Fluent with AI writing tools — and able to tell good output from bad, then make it better.
  • Organized and reliable; you hit deadlines and follow through without hand-holding.
  • Curious about brand and marketing strategy, not just execution.

Nice to have (not required):

  • Coursework or early experience in marketing, communications, or design;
  • Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS;
  • Experience with tools like Mailchimp, Canva, or Google Analytics.

Details
  • Compensation: Paid. Leveled as a part-time role or paid internship depending on experience. Share your background and we'll find the right fit.
  • Hours: 10–20 per week, flexible around your schedule.
  • Location: Fully remote.

To Apply:

Send a short note on why this role interests you, your resume or LinkedIn, and one or two samples of your writing or marketing work (any format) to [email protected].

If you've used AI to improve a piece of copy, we'd love to see the before-and-after.
