Hermitage Management is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and proactive Brand Partnerships Coordinator to support our talent management and brand partnerships team.
This internship is ideal for someone interested in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent representation, and the business side of the creator economy.
The intern will work closely with the team across affiliate platforms and with brand partners while gaining hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a modern talent management company.
Responsibilities
- Research and pitch brands for potential talent partnerships and collaborations
- Build and maintain outreach lists for prospective brand partners
- Manage ShopMy opportunities for talent
- Track partnership outreach, gifting, and campaign opportunities across internal systems
- Assist with brand research, market trends, and competitive analysis
Qualifications
- Strong interest in influencer marketing, talent management, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms and the creator economy
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of affiliate platforms such as ShopMy
- Experience with influencer or brand marketing
- Strong research and organizational skills
- Copywriting or social media caption writing experience
Internship Details
- Fall Semester (August - December)
- In person in NYC - 20 hrs/week
- Opportunity to gain direct experience working with talent, brands, and digital campaigns
- $20/hour
