Content Creator (Instagram)

Enchantea is a premium matcha brand reopening this fall as Enchantea 2.0 — a completely elevated café and tea experience in Columbus, Ohio.

We are looking for a part-time content creator to join us and help bring our brand story to life visually across Instagram.

‍

This is a hands-on creative role. You will be on-site filming content, editing at home or in-store, and working closely with our team to ensure everything we post is aligned with our brand direction, timeline, and standards.

You won't be handed a strategy — you'll be part of building it alongside us.

What You'll Do

• Film content on-site at our Columbus café and tea farm-related features as needed
• Edit short-form and static content for Instagram — Reels, Stories, and Feed posts
• Draft captions aligned with our brand voice and seasonal direction
• Submit content for review before scheduling or posting
• Schedule approved posts according to our content calendar
• Review weekly analytics together with the team and share observations
• Support influencer outreach on a case-by-case basis as directed

What We're Looking For

• Strong eye for aesthetic — you understand what looks intentional vs. generic
• Experience filming and editing short-form content, particularly for Instagram Reels
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving brand environment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow a content calendar and meet posting deadlines
• Genuine interest in food, beverage, tea culture, or lifestyle brands
• Self-motivated and communicative — you flag issues early and follow through
• Familiarity with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar editing tools preferred
• Based in Columbus with ability to come on-site for filming

Flexible part-time hours. On-site filming as needed based on content calendar. Editing and scheduling can be done remotely.
