Contract Graphic Designer

Procurement Professionals Alliance (PPA) is seeking a contract Graphic Designer to support ongoing communications, branding, and marketing initiatives across PPA and RFxPremier.

‍

This is a short-term, project-based engagement supporting a variety of digital and print design needs tied to organizational communications, events, presentations, and strategic initiatives.  

‍

This role will work closely with PPA’s Communications Manager and other internal stakeholders to help elevate branding consistency, visual storytelling, and overall design quality across multiple projects and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital and print materials including:  
  • Event collateral and signage  
  • PowerPoint presentations and templates  
  • Social media graphics  
  • Marketing and promotional materials  
  • Infographics and branded assets  
  • Web and email graphics  
• Ensure all work aligns with established PPA and RFxPremier branding guidelines  
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute creative concepts  
• Manage multiple ongoing projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards  
• Communicate design decisions clearly and professionally  
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and adapt to evolving priorities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience preferred  
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:  
  • InDesign  
  • Illustrator  
  • Photoshop  
• Experience creating professional PowerPoint presentations and templates  
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual communication  
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote environment  
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills  
• Experience supporting associations, conferences/events, public sector organizations, or professional services organizations is a plus

This remote opportunity is expected to average approximately 20 hours per week for two months and offers the chance to work on a variety of projects supporting both PPA and RFxPremier.
