We’re looking for a visionary, tech-savvy, and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team.

This person is not just a content creator — they’re a strategist who understands how to leverage both creativity and technology to keep SpaGo at the forefront of aesthetics and wellness marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that elevate SpaGo’s visibility and brand authority.
• Manage and grow SpaGo’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business.
• Capture and edit real-time in-clinic footage of treatments, events, and team activities (onsite minimum once weekly).
• Design beautiful, branded visuals using Canva, CapCut, and other creative tools.
• Write and optimize engaging captions, newsletters, and marketing copy consistent with SpaGo’s voice.
• Plan and send targeted email marketing campaigns through platforms such as Mailchimp, Vagaro, or similar.
• Update web and Google Business content for SEO and audience engagement.
• Utilize artificial intelligence tools daily for content creation, trend research, analytics, ad copy, automation, and campaign optimization.
• Track marketing metrics, adapt to trends, and pivot quickly for time-sensitive promotions or events.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure content is cohesive, compliant, and aligned with SpaGo’s goals.

Ideal Candidate

• Expert in Canva, CapCut, and Google Business with strong creative instincts.
• Deep understanding of AI applications in marketing — including ChatGPT, generative image/video tools, analytics, and workflow automation.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with attention to brand voice and tone.
• Adept in short-form video creation, photography, and social media editing.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to pivot quickly in a fast-paced, aesthetic-driven environment.
• Prior experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, or beauty marketing is highly preferred.
