Digital Production Designer (Figma Systems & Asset Management)

We are looking for a meticulous Digital Production Designer for a full-time contract role, based on-site at our studio in Corte Madera, CA.

This position acts as the critical bridge between creative intent and flawless execution for marketing design workstreams. We need a systems-oriented thinker who treats file structure, component architecture, and typography with the highest level of rigor.

Core Responsibilities:

• Standardize and scale creative assets across digital marketing and UX touchpoints.
• Architect and maintain clean Figma file structures, component libraries, and master assets.
• Audit production workflows to optimize file delivery and asset management systems.
• Uphold rigid technical execution standards, pixel grids, and typographic hierarchies.

Required Profile:

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (nested components, auto-layout, design system alignment).
• Deep understanding of digital production constraints, scaling methodologies, and asset delivery.
• A highly disciplined design aesthetic balanced with an obsession for file hygiene and detail.
