Our client, Creative Leadership Solutions (CLS) provides professional development and instructional leadership training to K-12 school administrators and educators nationwide.

We're engaging our first dedicated marketing contractor to own email and digital marketing as the foundation of a broader function.

This is a newly created role. If you've spent the last few years running email campaigns end-to-end and you're ready to own a function instead of just executing, this is that opportunity.

What you'll do:
  • Plan and execute multiple weekly email campaigns — from copy to send to reporting to analysis
  • Build lead nurturing and drip programs from scratch
  • Run A/B tests and turn results into recommendations leadership actually acts on
  • Establish the playbooks and workflows the next person on this team will follow

What we're looking for:
  • 3+ years of hands-on email marketing/marketing automation experience
  • Real CRM experience (Zoho, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar — we'll teach you our systems and our market)
  • A track record of building campaigns end-to-end, not just executing someone else's brief
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
  • No education sector background required — we'll bring you up to speed on K-12

This starts as a part-time, 1099 role (20-25 hours/week, $45-60/hour depending on experience)
