The Social Manor is looking for a freelance video editor!

We move fast and post often. You'll be editing Reels and TikToks for a range of brands, each with its own voice, pacing, and aesthetic.

‍

This is a contract role, paid per project, with the potential for ongoing work if it's a good fit. We are looking for someone long-term.

‍

What you'll be doing:

• Editing short-form video for multiple client brands, week to week
• Turning raw footage into polished, on-trend content on tight deadlines
• Adapting your editing style to match each brand, no house style to hide behind
• Syncing sound, pacing cuts, and adding text/graphics where needed

‍

What we're looking for:

• 1+ year of video editing experience (short-form/social specifically)
• Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality
• A fast learner who can pick up brand guidelines and run with them
• Comfortable jumping between multiple projects and styles in the same week
• Based in Winnipeg preferred
