Freelance Video Editor

Looking for a high-level freelance editor for contract work in the Bay Area.

This is not a remote position.  You must be within driving distance of San Jose and willing to work on-site when needed. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable in high-pressure, fast-turnaround environments.

‍

The projects we work on often involve executive stakeholders, live feedback, shifting priorities, and demanding deadlines. You need to be able to stay calm, move quickly, make strong editorial decisions, and deliver polished work under pressure. This is not an entry-level opportunity.

We’re looking for editors who have experience owning projects, working directly with clients, and handling situations where there is very little room for error.

‍

‍

If you’re looking for a predictable 9-to-5 editing gig, this probably isn’t the right fit. There will be late nights, tight turnarounds, and moments where you’re editing with key decision-makers sitting behind you waiting for answers.
