We are seeking an experienced Graphic Design Contractor to support our marketing initiatives through the creation of visually compelling digital and print assets.

This independent contractor will collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality labels that align with our brand standards.

What you'll do:

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand project goals, and to ensure deliverables meet strategic and visual objectives.
• Maintaining brand consistency by adhering to provided brand guidelines, tone, style, and voice across all assets.
• Managing and organizing working files and final deliverables using best practices for file naming, folder structure, and version control.
• Preparing production-ready artwork in appropriate formats and resolving any design issues during the production process.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions with internal creative teams when requested.
• Ensuring timely delivery of design assets according to project deadlines.
• Staying current with industry-standard design tools and trends, and integrating best practices into deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated understanding of design principles, brand consistency, and print production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically expert knowledge of InDesign with a deep understanding of Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Workfront preferred.
• Must be highly self-directed, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
