Graphic Designer + Content Specialist

T3 is a small higher education consulting firm working at the intersection of AI strategy, change management, institutional transformation, and student success. We help colleges, universities, and non-profits move from experimenting with AI to actually integrating it, and we do that work with equity as the lens, not the footnote. Our research and tools are free and open access, because the field moves faster when the work is shared.

We're hiring a graphic designer and a content strategist, both contract-based.

The graphic designer will help our research, frameworks, and tools look as good as they read, across reports, social content, and client-facing deliverables.

‍

The content strategist will help us shape how T3 shows up: what we publish, where, and how it connects to the people doing the work across campuses and organizations.
