Rimon is seeking a part-time, contract Marketing & Design Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing execution with a primary focus on graphic design, content production, and digital marketing support.
This is a hands-on, hourly contract role ideal for someone who is highly creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple marketing functions in a fast-paced, remote environment.
This role will own design production and core marketing execution, supporting website updates, social media, and email marketing initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Design & Creative (Primary Focus)
- Create and edit high-quality visual assets primarily in Canva, including:
- Social media graphics
- One-pagers and PDFs
- Presentations and pitch materials
- Website graphics and visual elements
- Advertisements
- Signage and nametag templates
- Format and design materials across platforms (PowerPoint, Word, Adobe/PDF tools)
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets
Website Management (WordPress & HubSpot)
- Update website content, including:
- Attorney bios
- Blog posts and articles
- Practice pages and general updates
- Support ongoing website maintenance and content publishing
- Assist with the upcoming website redesign project, including:
- Coordinating content updates and page reviews
- Supporting migration and organization of website content
- Helping maintain project timelines and content deliverables throughout the redesign process
Social Media Management
- Create and schedule social media content (primarily LinkedIn)
- Manage and maintain the content calendar
- Coordinate internal requests for posts and announcements
Email Marketing (HubSpot)
- Build and send internal and external email communications in HubSpot
- Assist with newsletters and campaign emails
Practice Success Support
- Support the development and ongoing updates of marketing and pitch materials, including presentations, one-pagers, and practice-related website content
- Assist with proposal (RFP) materials, including formatting, design, and coordination of inputs
- Create and maintain attorney marketing assets, including pitch bios and firm credentials
- Support marketing-related submissions and recognitions (e.g., Chambers), including coordinating materials and timelines
- Assist with cross-functional marketing initiatives and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in design, marketing, communications, or a professional environment preferred
- Strong design skills required
- Ability to create polished, professional marketing assets (social graphics, one-pagers, presentations, PDFs)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and comfort working with PDFs; Adobe tools a plus
- Experience managing or supporting social media content and content calendars
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms (WordPress) preferred
- Experience with HubSpot or other email marketing platforms a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor, highly responsive team player with a positive “can do” attitude.
- Exceptional communication skills and collaborative nature.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote, contract-based environment

- Professional services or legal marketing experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Commitment
- This is a part-time, hourly contract role (not benefits-eligible)
- Estimated 15–30 hours per week
- Target hourly range: $40–$60/hour, based on experience and quality of work
- Hours are flexible and project-based
Working Style & Availability
- Candidates should have consistent weekly availability
- Some overlap with standard U.S. business hours is expected to support collaboration
- Expected to be responsive during business days and meet agreed-upon deadlines
- This role is structured around deliverables and turnaround times rather than fixed daily hours
