Radius Commercial Real Estate is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in promoting commercial real estate listings, market insights, company events, and brand initiatives throughout California's Central Coast.

This part-time position reports directly to the Director of Marketing and is primarily remote.

Applicants must reside in the Santa Barbara area and be available for occasional in-person meetings, project support, and other local assignments as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms
  • Support light graphic design and marketing production projects
  • Research and track local commercial real estate activity, including new listings, transactions, and industry trends, while maintaining accurate market data and records
  • Assist with content updates, research, and marketing campaigns
  • Support special projects and other marketing initiatives as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or 1–3 years of directly related marketing experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with major social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Experience creating social media content and coordinating posting schedules
  • Basic graphic design experience, including Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
  • Able to manage projects independently while following established direction, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities
  • Commercial real estate knowledge is a plus, but not required

Position Details
  • Part-time: 20–25 hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Flexible schedule during normal business hours
  • Primarily remote with occasional local assignments as needed
  • Reports to the Director of Marketing
  • Santa Barbara-area residency required
  • Compensation: $27 per hour
