This position is responsible for creating and coordinating marketing materials, advertising, email campaigns, recruiting materials, event promotions, and other company marketing initiatives. Typical projects include property fact sheets, brochures, direct mail postcards, flyers, advertisements, email communications, sponsorship promotions, recruiting materials, and other branded marketing content.
The role will also coordinate and manage the company’s social media presence, including content planning, content creation, editing, scheduling, publishing, coordination of photography and video assets, and maintaining a consistent and professional brand across social media platforms.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, creative, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail.
While this is an independent contractor position, we are seeking someone who will work closely with company leadership and agents, spend regular time in our Bethesda office, and serve as a consistent marketing resource for the brokerage. The position offers flexibility to split time between in-office and remote work.
