Senior Designer – Packaging & Brand Systems

Passport Brand Design is looking for a strategic-led Senior Designer to join us on an approximately 3-month freelance contract.

This is more than creating beautiful packaging. We're looking for someone who can shape the architecture behind brands—building scalable brand and portfolio systems that create clarity for consumers and consistency across growing portfolios.

You'll bring expertise in:

• Strategic packaging design and brand systems
• Semiotics and visual codes that drive recognition and meaning
• Building scalable brand and portfolio architecture
• Defining clear navigation principles across product ranges
• Translating strategic thinking into practical toolkits, guidelines, and governance frameworks

We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable thinking strategically and delivering practical design solutions—someone who can connect brand vision with execution.
