HigherDOSE has built a cult following by transforming wellness into a daily, sensory experience that supports both physical and emotional wellbeing.
We’re seeking a creative, digitally native Social Media & Community Coordinator to support HigherDOSE’s day-to-day presence across Instagram and TikTok.
This role blends community management and content creation, helping foster meaningful audience engagement while creating content that feels native, timely, and aligned with the HigherDOSE brand.
Reporting to the Social Media Manager, you’ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to bring our social strategy to life.
What You’ll Do
- Be the voice of HigherDOSE across Instagram and TikTok, engaging with our community in a way that feels elevated, human, and culturally relevant.
- Build relationships with creators, customers, and aligned brands to grow visibility and deepen connection.
- Spot trends early and turn them into content that feels native, timely, and worth sharing.
- Create and edit short-form video (Reels/TikTok) using a mobile-first approach.
- Bring ideas to life quickly—from concept to post—across launches, campaigns, and real-time moments.
- Collaborate with our design and marketing teams to execute content that feels cohesive and on-brand.
- Write captions and responses that reflect HigherDOSE’s tone: warm, smart, intentional, and never templated.
- Keep a pulse on community sentiment and bring insights back to the team.
- Travel as needed to support brand events, creator activations, photoshoots, and other marketing initiatives, capturing content and representing the HigherDOSE brand.
Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or community management (including internships or creator experience)
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok platforms and best practices
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt to brand voice
- Proficiency in Canva and CapCut (comfortable creating and editing social-ready content independently)
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong attention to detail, especially in publishing, tagging, and copy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Genuine interest in social media, internet culture, and community building
