As Fontana Creative continues to grow, I'm looking for the right person to join our extended team as a Social Media Coordinator.

Let me start with what this role is not: I'm not looking for a content creator. We already create the content. We are not looking for an agency - What I need is an individual  who understands how to manage it, distribute it strategically, and maximize its impact.

This person would help:
  • Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms
  • Advise on best practices, platform updates, and growth strategies
  • Monitor engagement and help foster meaningful audience interactions
  • Track analytics and provide clear, actionable reporting

This person should ensure our clients' social presence is consistent, organized, and performing at its best.

Also if you have experience with running Meta Ad campaigns - that’s a plus!

At Fontana Creative, we work with incredible clients and pride ourselves on telling authentic stories that connect people to brands. I'm looking for someone who shares that mindset—someone who is organized, proactive, strategic, and understands that social media is more than filling a content calendar. It's about creating momentum and building community.

This role could be freelance, part-time, or project-based for the right person, with the potential to grow alongside usI ideally this person is local to the Chicago area.
