We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Social Media Coordinator to support the day-to-day content, commerce, and community operations for a growing influencer brand.
This role is central to keeping monetization channels — LTK, ShopMy, and Amazon Storefront — accurate, current, and optimized, while also supporting broader social media execution across platforms.
What You'll Do
Affiliate & Storefront Management
- Maintain and update LTK, ShopMy, and Amazon Storefront listings, ensuring products are tagged, linked, and categorized correctly.
- Add new products and remove out-of-stock or discontinued items in a timely manner.
- Cross-check links across platforms for accuracy and functionality (no broken or expired links).
- Organize storefronts by season, campaign, or content theme to maximize shoppability.
- Track affiliate link performance and flag top-performing products for reposting or feature placement.
Social Media Support
- Pull links and tag products in real time as new content goes live.
- Monitor comments and DMs for product questions and direct followers to the correct shopping links.
Reporting & Optimization
- Track click-through rates, conversion data, and commission reporting across LTK, ShopMy, and Amazon.
- Recommend adjustments to storefront organization or tagging strategy based on performance data.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing.
- Hands-on experience with LTK, ShopMy, and/or Amazon Associates/Storefront (required).
- Strong attention to detail — comfortable managing large volumes of product links and updates.
- Basic understanding of affiliate commission structures and performance tracking.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A genuine interest in social media trends, e-commerce, and the creator economy.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar content tools.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel for tracking performance data.
- Prior experience supporting an individual creator or influencer (rather than a brand account).
