As our Social Media Creator & Manager, you own the brand's organic social — top to bottom.

You will personally create still images and short-form video, publish and manage Stories, engage our community, and turn influencer and ambassador content into on-brand moments. You'll be measured on real growth, and rewarded for hitting it.

Platforms you'll own: Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

What You'll Do
  • Create original, self-produced content. Shoot and edit still images and short-form video that is on-brand and on-guideline — quiet confidence, clear hierarchy, restraint, and the SLY. palette. This role requires content you create yourself to be posted on our brand channels.
  • Publish and manage. Schedule feed posts, post and run Stories, and keep a consistent cadence across all three platforms.
  • Grow the community. Engage with followers, reply, and spark conversation to hit growth and engagement targets.
  • Repurpose UGC. Turn content from our influencers and ambassadors into polished, on-brand posts that extend our reach.
  • Report and optimize. Deliver monthly analytics reports with clear insights and concrete optimizations for the next cycle.
  • Own the channels. Take full ownership of the brand's social presence, plus the other responsibilities a great social media manager naturally carries.

Who You Are
  • A creator first — you shoot, edit, and appear on-camera comfortably, and you can prove it with your own work.
  • Fluent in the native language of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and what makes each one perform.
  • Fluent in short-form video trends, sound, pacing, and hooks — and able to make them feel on-brand rather than generic.
  • Able to hold a restrained, design-led brand: you get more from negative space and clear type than from noise.
  • Data-comfortable: you read analytics and turn them into your next move - SMO, AEO
  • Self-directed and reliable — you can own a channel without being managed

Compensation
  • This role starts as a 3-month trial contract, paid with a base pay plus a performance ladder reaching up to a total monthly rate of $3,000. You start at a base for meeting posting requirements, step up on monthly growth of both followers and engagement, and reach the full rate on cross-platform campaign integration and standout, high-reach content.
  • Base pay $1,000 (Total): Meet the posting requirements across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (feed, Stories, and short-form): at least 3x weekly on IG & FB + 5 stories daily, daily on TT.
  • Growth & engagement $2,000 (Total): Earned on monthly growth of both followers and engagement — net-new followers per month, shares, saves, comments, and similar signals — with targets that differ by platform. Ex: a 15% month-over-month increase in high-intent DMs or comments asking where to purchase, whether they can become an ambassador, and/or whether we can sponsor an event.
  • Campaign & reach $3,000 (Total): The full rate is earned on additional cross-platform campaign integration and producing 2–3 pieces of content per month that achieve reach 200% higher than the account's average subscriber base.

Your video should:
  • Extend an invitation. Make the viewer feel welcomed in — human, warm, and genuine.
  • Use sensory and food-marketing techniques to make our products feel tangible through the screen. Show us the shiny can and water droplets on a hot day, the texture, the hydration, and the real feeling after using our products, before customers ever drink it.
  • Hold the SLY aesthetic. Quiet confidence and restraint; the Off-White and Deep Blue palette; clear hierarchy and negative space — never loud or neon.
  • Show the world of Sly. How people move through their day and fold Sly into it — using it to shift how they feel between moments: Focus, Relax, Sleep.

Tip: The video is the heart of this application — it's the clearest proof you can create the exact content this role is built around. Treat it like your first post as owner of our channels.
