Social Media & Event Specialist

Empower U Performance Physical Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Social Media & Events Specialist to help grow our brand, engage our communities, and showcase the impact we're making across Empower U and our affiliate brands.

This individual will lead the creation and execution of our social media strategy, develop engaging content across multiple platforms, assist with email marketing campaigns, and help coordinate community events, sponsorships, workshops, and partnerships.

‍

The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who can capture photos and videos, create compelling content, and bring fresh ideas to help expand our reach.

‍

This position is expected to work 15–25 hours per week and will primarily be based in-office during business hours with some remote work flexibility. It will support Empower U and all sub-companies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in social media marketing, content creation, communications, or a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools
• Strong photography and videography skills preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities
• Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Comfortable attending and helping coordinate community events
• Passion for health, fitness, wellness, and community engagement
