Details

Mavida Health is an online therapy and psychiatry platform focused on supporting women through major transitional moments in life - from PMOS & PMDD through Menopause and everything in between. We support all of this through individual, group, and couples therapy as well as medication management, co-founded and led by reproductive psychiatrist Dr. Sarah Oreck.

As our Social Media Marketing Assistant, you will be the execution engine behind Mavida's social media presence, turning strategy into scroll-stopping content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and beyond.

This is a role for someone who thrives on doing. You'll help support the content pipeline from editing to posting, keeping our channels sharp, consistent, and on-brand.

You are equally comfortable filming behind a camera and editing with various platforms (Gling, Capcut, Instagram Edits, TikTok, etc.), and know how to manage a content calendar.

Experience working at a startup is a big plus - we move fast, wear multiple hats, and love people who do the same.

What are the key responsibilities?

Content Production

  • Edit and produce short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
  • Edit static posts & short form video content using Canva, Capcut, and Gling
  • Maintain consistent quality and brand alignment across all video assets

Social Media Management & Marketing

  • Support day-to-day social management across platforms
  • Maintain and help update The Motherload, our digital content hub

Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in social media management, social media editing, social media production, or digital marketing
  • Proficiency in all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook & Tiktok) and Canva. Experience editing with multiple platforms like Gling, Capcut, Instagram Edits, Adobe Premiere Pro is a MUST. (Let us know which ones you prefer!)
  • An executor first: you take direction, run with it, and deliver
  • Comfortable working independently on a small team
  • Passion for women's health, maternal health, and/or mental health
