Courted is the leading AI-powered platform for real estate recruiting, retention, and market intelligence. We help brokerages and teams understand agent performance, recruit strategically, and retain top talent – all in one place. We're a high-growth SaaS company shipping fast, working smart, and building transformative tools for the next generation of real estate leaders.
We're looking for a UI Designer with an exceptional visual eye to bring polish, clarity, and craft to our product.
Our UX designers and PMs shape the workflows and content; you take that foundation and elevate it into beautiful, production-ready designs that engineers can build with confidence.
You'll partner closely with PMs and UX designers throughout the process, bringing your visual craft to features wherever they need it.
You'll own the visual layer of the product, lead the charge on getting Figma files clean and ready for engineering, and keep our design system healthy as we scale. A lot of what we're building is data-rich, so a real strength for making complex information clear and actionable is essential.
What you'll do
- Elevate designs – take PRDs or mid-fi designs and turn them into polished, high-fidelity, production-ready screens
- Bring a strong visual point of view – explore multiple directions early, then take feedback and iterate toward the right look
- Partner flexibly – work directly with PMs on simpler flows, and with UX designers on more complex ones where they've mapped the workflow and content
- Design for data – craft clear, legible, and actionable data visualizations and dashboards across the product
- Own production-ready files – lead the charge on getting Figma files clean, organized, and handoff-ready, and sweat the details all the way through
- Maintain and extend the design system – add and document components, keep patterns consistent, and keep the system up to date across products
- Collaborate closely with engineering through handoff, build, and pre-launch reviews to make sure what ships matches the design – including exploring how AI tools can help us move faster
- Champion visual quality – QA what gets built and proactively raise the bar on craft and consistency
What you bring
- 3–6 years of UI, visual, or product design experience, ideally within a SaaS or technology company
- An exceptional visual eye – a portfolio that shows strong typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and polish, on real product work
- Range and iteration – you generate multiple strong visual directions early and refine well based on feedback
- Figma production expertise – you build clean, well-structured, handoff-ready files, and you're rigorous about the details
- Design system fluency – you're comfortable working within an established system, and know when to extend it vs. work inside it
- Data-visualization experience – you've designed data-heavy interfaces and know how to make complex data clear and actionable
- Strong collaboration and communication – you work well with PMs, UX designers, and engineers, and can take feedback and run with it
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented – you don't wait to be told what to do; you spot what needs attention and take ownership

We're a small, focused team that values momentum, candor, and follow-through. Everyone builds – ideas don't get kicked down the line. We care a lot about the work and very little about titles. People here are competitive about outcomes, not credit. We're a high-trust team that ships fast and sweats the details. We debate ideas, not people, fix things in daylight, and try to keep a sense of humor while doing it.
