We are seeking a creative and dependable freelance Video Creator & Editor to help grow the StockCharts brand through engaging video content.

‍

This contractor will be responsible for consistently producing high-quality videos for our social media channels and managing our YouTube presence.

Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and deliver short- and long-form video content on a consistent schedule.
• Repurpose existing content into engaging clips for YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Optimize videos with compelling titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and metadata for YouTube.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop content ideas that align with current campaigns and educational initiatives.
• Help grow our YouTube audience through best practices in content strategy, publishing, and audience engagement.
• Maintain a reliable production schedule and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience creating engaging video content for social media and YouTube.
• Strong video editing skills with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and platform-specific best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Experience with motion graphics and thumbnail creation is a plus. Knowledge of the stock market, investing, or technical analysis is a bonus, but not required.
