Freelance Growth Marketing Manager

Emsculpt has established itself as a key global manufacturer of medical and aesthetic equipment, operating direct offices in over 70 countries worldwide. With an impressive team of 400 engineers in our Research and Development department, we continue to innovate and improve.

We have risen to prominence as a leading provider of non-invasive treatments, a sector acknowledged as one of the most rapidly expanding in the medical field.

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth through strategic marketing initiatives. You will work directly with the CEO and drive all growth efforts across Emsculpt. You should be an analytical thinker, creative problem solver, passionate about results, and have a deep understanding of various growth channels.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:
  • Are equally data-driven and intuitive with a customer focus
  • Are hungry & obsessive about managing and optimizing funnels, A/B testing, budgets across channels, and experimenting with new initiatives
  • Have experience in cross-functional collaboration
  • Have excellent communication & people skills, capable of leading and influencing without direct authority
  • Are highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working in ambiguous environments with minimal guidance
  • Are looking for a high degree of ownership, autonomy, and potential impact

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience* in growth marketing or related field, with a proven track record in scaling user base. (Flexible on experience—role title / compensation will reflect)
  • Experience with full funnel management (CRO, email, etc.)
  • Mobile / web acquisition experience, especially in consumer / subscription
  • Managed & executed paid search, paid social (managed $50K+/mo. spend)
  • Managed agencies for paid before
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing & attribution
  • Experience managing content creators, UGCs, and other creative methods/channels
  • Experience working at a startup

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with CEO and paid agency to set high level growth strategy & targets
  • Create and execute growth plan — including strategy/roadmap to execution
  • Develop and execute innovative growth strategies focused on user acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell
  • Analyze market trends and user data to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage and optimize growth experiments and work with engineering to ensure accurate tracking and attribution
  • Hire, negotiate, manage, fire, and hold agencies accountable to goals
