Hi, I'm Kat — the sole artist and designer behind Katdog Design, a small and mighty design studio based in the Twin Cities, Minnesota. I'm a professionally trained artist with a BFA in Graphic Design and 10+ years of experience building and extending brand identities across a wide range of industries.
I specialize in enhancing brand stories and creating meaningful connections between brands and their customers. I've worked in food and spirits, wellness, cannabis, agriculture, and tech — and my work spans packaging, merchandise, websites, patterns, murals, and more.
Every project starts with listening. Before I pick up a pencil or open a file, I make sure I deeply understand what the brand is, who it's for, and what it needs to communicate — because great design is only possible when it's built on genuine understanding. I really didn’t have an expectation that something so wonderful would come from this project.
